Refund policy

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To start a return, please contact us on our website chat or by email bunzlexpress@bunzl.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

    1. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Products with the following conditions cannot be refunded:
      - Open Food Packaging
      - If the seal and outer packaging are broken
      - Damaged (folded or crushed)
      - Damaged by misuse.
      - Delivery surpassed the 7-day policy.

      In the event that Bunzl Express elects to have the goods returned, the goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were first delivered. Returns will not be accepted by Bunzl Express due to change of mind. Returns will only be made in respect of faulty or damaged goods and must be agreed to by Bunzl Express prior to the return being made.

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
