Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation onscreen and a follow up email confirmation via your login email. An secondary email notification will be issued, containing your tax invoice for future reference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
Will I receive a payment advice?
Yes, once the transaction has been processed, you will receive an email notification of the status of processing (Approved/Successful, Failed/Declined).
Where do you ship to?
We deliver Australia-wide, through StarTrack Express.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Lockers.
We do not deliver outside Australia.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We offer next-business day shipping Australia-wide through StarTrack Express.
The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
Hold tight, we will be back in stock soon.
We aim to hold enough stock to supply customer demands, but some popular items can sell out quicker than expected.
We recommend you check in each week as we regularly replenish these items.
How do I know my personal details and information are secure?
To ensure security of online shopping, we use industry standard 256-bit encryption.
Our Secure Server software locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as personal information, in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted.
Bunzl does not capture or store your credit card information at any time (even temporarily). No access to your credit card information.
Bunzl is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.
If I leave items in my shopping cart, will they be saved?
If you have items in your cart, they will be saved upon returning (unless you clear your browsing history and cache on your device).
When will I be charged for my order?
Your credit card (Visa / Mastercard) OR PayPal account will be charged upon checkout.
You will receive an email notification of processed transaction.
I have not received my shipping notification. Why Not?
Your shipping notification is sent to the email address you entered when creating an account.
Be sure to check your junk/spam email folder, just in case it has been trapped there.
Can I track my order?
Details on how to track your order, will be contained within your advanced shipping notification email.
Why within my Bunzl Express 'My Account' / 'Order History' order list, does the order still show as 'unfulfilled', even though I have received my delivery?
This is a current bug within the application. We are investigating and aim to resolve as soon as possible. Please refer to the tracking email sent directly to your nominated email.
What is your Delivery/Shipping Policy?
Bunzl delivers Monday to Friday (business days) between 8am and 6pm (AEST).
Once the advanced shipping notification is issued, an estimated delivery date will be provided, based on the delivery suburb input when placing your order.
Once I have placed my order, can I change my delivery address, cancel my order, or change what I have ordered?
No, you cannot make any changes once your order has been submitted and confirmed.
At time of picking an order, stock is no longer available? What will happen?
Sometimes, at the time of placing your order, stock is available, however, if at the time of picking your order, there is not enough stock to complete your order, our Customer Service team will be in contact to advise next steps.
Coordination of a refund to your originating credit card for those items paid for, but not available will be processed.
